Welcome to the Binney Beach House, the most charming, cozy 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom beach house on world famous Hutchinson Island. Located in the South Beach neighborhood of Hutchinson Island, on the Treasure Coast. Just 2 minutes from the beach and Jetty Park, famous for its shaded waterfront bench swings overlooking the Fort Pierce Inlet. Within walking distance, enjoy views of the ocean and passing boats. There are many nearby restaurants to choose from and over 20 miles of gorgeous beaches to explore on Hutchinson Island!
The property is on the left side of a duplex home, with a private entrance, private driveway and back patio. The home has been completely renovated, with all new flooring, impact glass windows, stainless steel appliances and gorgeous coastal beach decor.
Enjoy the comforts of this beautiful laid back beach house and its perfect location, close to everything on the island and Downtown Fort Pierce.
We provide a starter set of supplies, with an initial travel size supply of shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee, towels and toilet paper. Should this not be enough for your entire stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies. You are welcome to use the washing machine and dryer anytime throughout your stay.
