The heart of the house is the light-filled living and dining area on the first floor, featuring a cozy corner couch, a wood-burning stove for the colder months, and direct access to the terrace with a private garden area—the perfect spot to wind down at the end of each day.
The adjacent separate kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances—including a Nespresso machine and a filter coffee maker, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, an oven, and much more. Also on the first floor: a guest restroom and a coat closet.
