Welcome to your Jacksonville home away from home! This modern 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath duplex comfortably sleeps 6 and features 3 queen beds, a spacious open-concept living area, fully equipped kitchen, coffee station, smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and washer/dryer. Relax in the private fenced backyard with deck seating. Perfect for families, business travelers, military visitors, and extended stays. Self check-in available. No parties or events permitted. Guest have access to entire home except garage.
HOUSE RULES
• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests at any time.
• Only guests included on the reservation may stay overnight.
• No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings.
• Small gatherings may be considered with prior approval and an additional gathering fee. Unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• No DJs, large speakers, or amplified outdoor music.
• Shoes must be removed upon entering the home. A shoe rack is provided for your convenience.
• Please remove excessive dirt or mud before entering the property.
• Furniture may not be moved.
• Please respect our neighbors and the surrounding community.
• Pets must be approved prior to booking and may not be left unattended unless crated.
• No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances inside the home.
• Please bag all trash and place it in the designated outdoor bins before checkout.
• Excessive cleaning, excessive trash, stains, damage, or conditions requiring extraordinary cleaning beyond a normal turnover may result in additional charges.
• Exterior security cameras monitor outdoor areas and entry points only. There are no cameras inside the home.
