The Space:
Welcome to Summerin', your perfect Duck retreat! This beautiful home boasts sparkling new updates, a private pool, views off the deck and is an easy 10 minute walk to the beach. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there's space for everyone. The open, airy layout makes it simple to relax with bright windows flooding the living space with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen opens seamlessly into the dining area, with doors leading out to the deck for easy indoor-outdoor living. The screened in porch off the dining area is perfect for outdoor dining or game night with a table for four. The top level also features a king bedroom and a full bathroom for added convenience.
Most of your group will head down to the mid level to sleep. It offers two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and a bunk room with a twin-over-double bed setup. One of the king rooms has an ensuite full bathroom that joins with the hallway, and there's a second full bathroom available as well for added convenience. Plus, if you need to work or just want a place to read, you can use the multi-use room perfect for puzzles, games or setting up your laptop. Functional, entertaining, and spacious, Summerin’ is the perfect place to make beach memories while keeping everyone happy, relaxed, and in vacation mode!
Step outside onto your balcony and soak up the sun, take a refreshing dip in the pool, or fire up the grill and enjoy a BBQ with family and friends. With a private beach access nearby, you can easily spend your days basking in the sun and enjoying the ocean breeze. An outdoor shower is available to help keep the home comfortably sand free for your stay.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

We were soImpressed with this house! Very clean and well maintained! The screened in porch was a favorite spot for an afternoon breeze. The pool was clean and very good for people of all ages with steps and ledges. My family loved night swims with the color changing pool lights! The grill was clean and in good condition to cook. The bathrooms and kitchen were updated and very pretty but functional. New appliances make the kitchen easy to cook and clean in. Great views of the ocean and a quick walk to the sound side dock to enjoy the sunset. We will definitely be looking to rent this again!

We enjoyed our stay at Summerin' in Duck!! The 5 bedrooms worked out perfectly for our group of 9. We definitely enjoyed time hanging out at the private pool. The beach was just a short drive away, but since this house is part of the Tuckahoe Community, we just used a pass and got to use the neighborhhoods private beach. Highly recommend both this house and Booksmart Properties!!
