TERMS
Deposit returned within one month at the latest if the apartment is left in its original state (clean sanitary facilities and windows, defrosted refrigerator, mattress protector and bath mats washed.). Inventory of the equipment in each apartment. We insist that the number of people indicated on the rental agreement must not be exceeded under any circumstances.
Parties and noise pollution are strictly prohibited.

We work with a laundry that can provide you with what you need, ask us for the laundry form.
End of stay cleaning is optional and will be validated with the agency according to our schedule, please consult us for the price.
For the period from 31 October to 31 March, water and electricity consumption is billed on an actual basis: €4/m3 and €0.1985/kWh after reading the meters on arrival and departure.
