About this house rental
Guaranteed LUXURY 250 m from the sea, in the chic and quiet neighborhood of Las Ballenas.
Elegant 5-bedroom, single-story villa measuring 300 m², with a separate 55 m² bungalow.
Beautiful 60 m² (646 sq ft) living room, 5 en-suite bedrooms (shower, sink, A/C, separate toilet). Gorgeous 40 m² saltwater infinity pool with submerged benches, surrounded by an exotic garden.
Large enclosed garage, laundry room, Weber BBQ…
A 3-minute walk to the lagoon, beaches, and restaurants; 400 m to the supermarket; 10 minutes to downtown.
The space
They came to spend 10 days and discovered the wonders that surround me: my lagoons, my beaches. Las Terrenas, a colorful village where cultures blend and whose beaches are among the most beautiful in the world—my fishing village with a lively atmosphere, featuring restaurants and huts less than 5 minutes away. They loved all of this, and then they saw me under construction… they couldn’t resist… I AM their “Siren Song”
Nothing was too good for me: they put their whole hearts and all their energy into decorating me and making me beautiful, so everyone feels at home and can share in their Caribbean dream.
In EACH of my spacious and bright ROOMS, you’ll find:

- all necessary 100% cotton bed linens
Three of these rooms open directly onto the pool, and two are away from any noise from the house.
Each bedroom is en suite and has its own bathroom, with a shower, sink, and separate toilet, fully equipped:
In EACH OF THE 5 BATHROOMS you will find:

- shower towels

Sheets, pillowcases, shower towels, and beach towels are 100% cotton and of superior quality.
Special care has also been taken to ensure the comfort of the bedding and pillows, as well as
hygiene, as beds, pillows, and bolsters have washable protective covers.

A pleasant, 60 m2 living space with high ceilings features the LIVING ROOM, the back kitchen, the OPEN-CONCEPT KITCHEN with a counter table, all opening directly onto my:
60 m² TERRACE surrounding my magnificent INFINITY POOL
saltwater pool where you can, in addition to swimming, lie down or sit thanks to its large submerged benches.
On the TERRACE:
My large 130 x 240 cm table, armchairs, and/or benches can accommodate 10–12 people; you’ll also enjoy my double outdoor living room decorated in Caribbean colors. The fans on the high, painted wood ceilings will allow you to enjoy the outdoors in peace
at any time of day, and my sun loungers are perfect for your moments of relaxation.
The BUNGALOW features:
2 bedrooms with 160 x 200 queen-size beds, as well as a veranda where the seating invites you to enjoy the beauty of the garden reflected in the calm waters of the pool, while appreciating the clean and elegant lines of the villa with its white beams.
- Air conditioning in the villa and bungalow
- Ceiling fans in all living rooms, bedrooms, the bathroom, and the terrace.
- High-speed Wi-Fi
- 65" Samsung TV with access to a wide variety of international channels.
My KITCHEN is perfectly equipped because, as an avid cook, I made sure it has everything you need:
- dishwasher, oven, 33 L microwave oven, large 90 cm double-door refrigerator with two freezer drawers and direct access, another freezer in the laundry room, 5-burner stove, 4-slice stainless steel toaster, food processor, immersion blender, blender, mixer, etc., etc., etc.... very large sink with a small removable stainless steel tray.
A fountain with fresh, lukewarm, or hot water in the back kitchen.
We also installed a Weber BBQ for grilling in a covered area equipped with a sink and cabinet.

In the LAUNDRY:

- 18 kg smart washing machine with many quick cycles

Gates and exterior security features, as well as our ALARM and SECURITY CAMERAS, will ensure your peace of mind.
And to ensure this dream vacation remains undisturbed, the services of pool specialists and gardeners, as well as a housekeeper who comes twice a week for 3 hours, are included in our rental rates.
You will pay for your electricity usage upon departure; for this purpose, the meter will be read upon arrival and departure.
On the logistical side, your on-site host will be able to help you plan your stay, arrival and departure, taxis, etc., answer all your questions, and address your expectations so you can make the most of the house and its surroundings—and thus have a DREAM VACATION.
