The Bilocale di Palazzo del Catapano is a simple and cozy
apartment, with all the essentials to spend a comfortable vacation in
the center of Vieste, wrapped in the charm of a historic building with exceptional panoramic views.
There are accessories such as air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, TV, microwave, toaster and electric kettle.

The two-room apartment is part of the ancient Palazzo del Catapano, dating back to the 16th century.
The
entrance to the building is through the historic wooden gateway, from
which you enter a common hall. Here there are stairs leading to the
floors.
The two-room apartment is located on the second floor. A
hallway entrance leads to the living room furnished with table, chairs
and 1 single bed, to the kitchenette where there is a washing machine, to the master bedroom and to the full shower room.
From the master bedroom a lovely little balcony overlooks the sea and the old village.

The
one-bedroom apartment is located inside Palazzo del Catapano,
strategically located between the cathedral and the castle of Vieste, as
well as a stone`s throw from the scenic Piazzetta Petrone, one of the
oldest areas of "Vieste Vecchia," a seaside village that overlooks the
Adriatic Sea from the Gargano.
The legendary Pizzomunno Beach, also known as the Castle Beach, can be reached on foot with a walk of a few hundred meters.
All services are at hand, also within walking distance. 



- Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp.
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The property is located in ZTL zone, which is pedestrianized from 01/06 to 30/09.
