Villa Corsica is located in a private and secure residential complex 500 m from Las Ballenas Beach. The villa is designed to accommodate 6 people and overlooks a private golf course, with no view from outside.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, walk-in closet, fan, and air conditioning.
Private swimming pool: Heated and suitable for swimming year-round, Private garden
Well-equipped kitchen

Electricity consumption is billed separately. A meter reading will be taken upon arrival and departure.
The Space
The villa features a large living room with a smart TV, fans, and Wi-Fi.
Sliding windows open the living room onto the outdoor terrace and the swimming pool. On the terrace, there is a large table, an outdoor seating area, and 4 sun loungers.
The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the living room.
There are 3 bedrooms:
The first, the master bedroom, with a double bed, its own bathroom, a walk-in closet, air conditioning, and a fan, overlooking the swimming pool.
The second bedroom has a double bed, a bathroom, a closet, air conditioning, and a fan.
The third bedroom has a double bed, a bathroom, a closet, air conditioning, and a fan. You have a private entrance.
Cleaning 3 times a week, 4 hours each time
I’m not sure—parties are allowed, but it’s a quiet neighborhood.
The house has an inverter so that power outages do not inconvenience guests.
Electricity consumption is not included and must be paid separately.
The rate is 15 Dominican pesos per kW.
The villa is located within the Bonita Village residence. Guests have access to the entire villa, as well as to the residence’s swimming pool with an ocean view.
Strictly limited to 6 people (including children); guests arriving with more than 6 people will be denied access to the villa for the entire group and will not receive any refund or compensation.

For those who prefer to stay at home, two options are available:
The Komida app, which features nearly 100 restaurants offering everything from breakfast to dinner and delivers your order in less than 30 minutes.
For those who like to cook, Las Terrenas has a large number of small local grocery stores and two Le Lindo supermarkets—a French supermarket—that offer home delivery once purchases have been made and paid for.
The Pola Dominicana supermarket offers the same service.
Fresh fish is sold daily at POPY Beach. .
Don’t worry—everything is taken care of; you won’t get lost because you’ll find everything you need.
