Villa Etxea comprises a lovely 37 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with showers), and a garden of approximately 355 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 37 m² living room with a TV
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Four bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds
Bedrooms 3 & 4: with 1 queen-size bed in each (160×200)
- Two bathrooms with showers
- Two separate toilets
All rooms are fitted with ceiling fans, providing pleasant ventilation and optimal comfort throughout your stay.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
