“Little Romantic House” is an old rural building carefully renovated dating back to 1755. The building, once used as a stable and tool shed, was renovated in 2010, preserving its original character and using local building materials. The house boasts a large outdoor space with a garden, a terrace with a barbecue, and private parking. The location, surrounded by unspoiled nature, offers a fantastic view of the valley. Inside, there is a kitchen/living room, a bathroom, a living room, and a bedroom with a double bed located in the former barn. The interiors are tastefully furnished and clean. The house is equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi. The house is immersed in nature and is far from noise sources. Numerous hiking trails are within walking distance from the house and, by car, it is possible to visit the nearby villages of Alta Langa or taste local wines and foods at the wineries. Important note: to access the house, it is necessary to travel 100 meters of dirt road, passable and covered with gravel.
