    good location. house keeping can improve shift wise desk can be a bit more proactively guide as the property is new for facilities. guard and the manager were excellent, veteran by work experience. by the budget, hotel is quite decent. good for quick and light travellers. very comfortable and stress free stay.

    Spacious Room and washroom. Did not try much on food though. Breakfast spread was adequate. Polite staff. Overall value for money and pleasant stay.

    ​I had a good stay overall, largely thanks to the wonderful hotel staff. They were extremely helpful and cooperative, even accommodating my luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out. I truly appreciate their assistance! ​While the service from the team was commendable, there are a few operational and facility issues beyond their control that management should address for future guests: ​Bathroom Flooring: The bathroom uses regular tiles instead of non-slip/matte finish tiles, which can be a safety concern when wet. ​Check-in/Check-out Flexibility: There appears to be no clear company policy or flexibility for early check-in or late check-out. ​Room Door Safety: I was unable to lock my room door from the inside. Although I requested to have this rectified, it was not resolved during my stay. ​In-Room Entertainment: The TV had no active cable connection, nor were logged-in OTT platform subscriptions provided. ​Dining Restrictions & Options: Dinner orders only open after 19:30, meaning food isn't served before 20:00. The menu itself was uninspiring, and several items listed were unavailable. ​Overall, the hotel team does a fantastic job with what they have, but addressing these maintenance and management policies would significantly improve the guest experience.
