Welcome to Maison Morane. I am Aegli, this is my home in Athens. Located in the heart of the city, with uninterrupted views of the Acropolis, terrazzo floors shaped beautifully by time and high ceilings bathed in light, it is a home crafted by stories, music, warmth and slow mornings.
A few notes to help you settle in:
• The apartment is a recently renovated 60 sqm penthouse on the sixth floor of a classic Athenian building.
• It features one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a 40 sqm rooftop terrace that completely changes the experience of the home.
• The terrace is where most days begin and end. Morning coffee with the Acropolis. Long lunches beneath the Athenian sun. A glass of wine at dusk while the city lights slowly appear across the skyline.
Location:
The apartment sits in one of the city’s most fascinating areas. Multicultural, artistic, the neighbourhood of theatres in Athens, authentic and wonderfully alive.
• Victoria Metro Station is only a 3 minute walk away.
• Pedion tou Areos, the largest and one of the most beautiful parks of the city, is 4 minutes away.
• The National Archaeological Museum is a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
• Just across the street, the Hellenic Motor Museum features a remarkable collection of vintage automobiles.
• The area is filled with theatres, cafés, restaurants, bars and small discoveries waiting around every corner.
• Exarchia and Kypseli, two of Athens’ most vibrant neighbourhoods, are right at your doorstep.
