Mimosa House Ayvalık

Ottima posizione vicino al centro. Casa tradizionale antica.

Avevo una doppia superior e in camera lo stucco dei vetr sntichii si era rimosso quindi bastava una piccola raffica di vento per far sbattere i vetri. Una vera sinfoonia! Aggravata dal fatto che la testa dormendo si trova a pochi cm dai vetri. Si rischia di non dormire.. Inaccettabile!Nemmeno i tappi bastavano a eliminare il rumore. Scarsa insonorizzazione in genere. Abbiamo pernottato 4 notti e nessuno ha mai fatto le pulizie. La colazione ha prodotti di qualità ma le dosi sono piuttosto scarse per 4 persone. Caffè solo su richiesta. La struttura in sé sarebbe anche carina ma i servizi e le dotazioni non sono di livello internazionale. Attenzione alla camera base perché è bella ma priva di condizionatore.

L'emplacement est proche du centre. Dans le quartier historique des maisons grecques. Avec de petites ruelles. Il peut y avoir un peu de bruit dû à la circulation car ces rues ne sont pas faites pour autant de passages. Sinon tout est parfait.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Mimosa House. The triple room on the second floor was spacious and well kept. The traditional architecture of the house is very charming. Arda hosted us and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. We especially enjoyed the Turkish breakfast on the roof terrace overlooking the neighbouring gardens.

Good location, very nice old house. Friendly host, making great breakfast.

Room did not have air conditioning and it was on the ground floor which meant people and vehicles passed by the room closely. Also the water system was making some loud noises sometimes.
