So cosy and close to everything

It was very central, had everything you need for an overnight stay and the building is of historical significance so interesting.
While the message for checking in was detailed and accurate including where to park, finding our room - 60 - wasn’t so straightforward as we didn’t like to wander too much - there was no connection between signage and the name of our property as it appears in Booking.com

Location was good
I don’t believe I requested an upper floor as stairs and I do not get on. The shower was over a VERY high bath and quite difficult to access. My friend in one room actually couldn’t manage it at all as she is quite short, also the jug in her room was not able to be switched on or the toaster used as the power point was behind a heavy cupboard and there fore not accessible.
