Coastal condo in a great location with balcony open interior washer & dryer & AC

The property is within about a 1.5 mile walk to O’Steen Beach entrance. However, if you’re going to spend the entire day there, bringing all of your beach items, that is a very long walk. The condo was very clean. Sleeping in the main bedroom, was very comfortable. Sleeping in second bedroom, very uncomfortable. More detailed information for the condo would be helpful. What kind of coffee maker/pod? Only seating for two people at counter, two people at table. The Avari management group are highly responsive when you ask some questions. It was easy to check in.

The property has no direct access to the beach. Though the property has an open floor plan, at the counter you only had two stools, the small table only had two chairs. The kitchen had very limited utensils for cooking, it’s a regular coffee pot not for pods. In the main bedroom, the ceiling fan light was out, the bulb could have been replaced. Some of the towels were very worn. Sleeping in the smaller bedroom with a twin beds were very uncomfortable. Those are very hard mattresses.
