Amazing host. Clean and professional

The property was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. It was in a great location and had everything we needed for our stay. Check-in was straightforward, the host allowed us to check in early with a small fee and we met the property in good condition. Overall, we had a great experience.

The only issue we had was that the bathroom door and the bedroom doors didn’t lock, which affected privacy. Other than that, everything else was great.

The apartment matched the photos, and the bedrooms, living room, and bedding were clean when we arrived. The house itself was comfortable overall, with enough kitchen utensils provided, along with dishwashing liquid and hand soap, which we appreciated. To their credit, the host acknowledged some of the inconvenience and offered us a small compensation, which we appreciated. While it did not make up for all of the issues we encountered, we felt it was a thoughtful gesture and a positive way of responding to our concerns. As we understood, this was one of the host’s first bookings for this property, so we’re willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Many of the issues we experienced seem fixable, and we hope they will be addressed for future guests. If the maintenance issues are resolved and clear instructions are provided for the property, it could be a much better experience.

However, we experienced several issues during our stay. While the property offers self check-in, it was difficult to get in-person assistance when needed. We had trouble getting the kitchen stove to work—not because it was faulty, but because the switch controlling it was not clearly explained, and even the booking agent/owner was initially unsure of its location. It took quite some time before someone came to help us. The biggest disappointment was the lack of air conditioning. We booked the property expecting it to have AC, but there was only a central heating system with no cooling. Since we stayed during the summer, the apartment became extremely hot, making it very difficult to sleep. We were traveling as a group of six, including older family members, and the heat made our stay particularly uncomfortable. The outdoor areas also needed better maintenance. The backyard was not well kept, and the garbage outside had accumulated, creating an unpleasant smell throughout our stay.
