We had an awesome stay. The hosts were lovely and welcoming, and the cottage was exceptionally clean, fresh and comfortable. Everything felt new and well looked after, with fresh paint and everything we could possibly need. The location was great too — tucked away enough to be peaceful and quiet, while still being very close to town, restaurants, supermarkets and other amenities. Unfortunately we only got to stay for one night, but it was exactly what we needed after a long day of travelling, especially with another big day on the road ahead of us. It was a really relaxing, comfortable place to unwind and recharge. We would happily stay again.

Location was perfect. Away from neighbours or city smog. You will enjoy the countryside and star lit sky without the pollution the city can bring. While still being close to rangiora for any shopping needed. Enjoy your slice of heaven and add another memorial moment to your adventure.

The cottage is really nice; it's warm, tidy, and close to shops, all while having a rural feel. We had a sports tournament in Kaiapoi, and it took maybe 10 minutes to get there. Rangiora is 5 minutes away. It's perfect for a family of 4, maybe even 5, as one of the bunk beds is a small double. The cottage is about 30 meters away from the hosts' family, but you're surrounded by trees, so it's quite private. We would happily recommend this place to anyone, and we would definitely stay again if we needed to be in that area. If you have a toddler you would have to be on your parenting A game as there are a few ponds close by.

We were the first tenants, so there were just minor things that could have been better. The hosts were happy to hear about these things, and I'm sure they would be resolved by now. I personally can't see how anyone would dislike this place.
