Stylish apartment with a perfect pool

The property was great. The apartment itself was LARGE with a full kitchen (made lasagna and banana pudding from scratch), a room rather than closet that the bathroom, shower, laundry and utility closet all branched off of. Big windows with privacy shades. Living room with large comfortable couch and huge flat screen TV. The amenities were fantastic with a huge maybe 40 yard pool perfect for laps and large hot tub with great seating deck surrounding. There was a nice full gym with free weights, machines, room for yoga and other spaces throughout complex with gas barbecues, pool tables, and other games. It is a large complex including 5 apartment buildings all enclosed through security gates and all sharing a common grounds and secured underground parking garage with assigned spots.

All the locks throughout the entire complex are managed through “Locks” app, including the gate into parking, the enclosure around the pools area, access to the gym, and access to the building that housed the elevators to the parking garage, as well as your individual building and unit. The app didn’t function as it should have for different spaces and seemed to change based on time of day. Matt, the host, was incredibly prompt and responsive to my many contacts, and went out of his way to return to the complex to help figure things out, but Unfortunately,I wasted hours of my stay texting, phoning, attempting half a dozen different 7-digit codes for all the locks that wouldn’t open and never able to access the pool or gym on my first day. At one point, I had to escape the complex through an alarmed gate to the street to then walk around the complex, down the parking ramp , through the expansive garage just to get to my car! Also, the complex is massive and it was no easy feat to get from car to apt door or to locate your car when exiting
