Welcome to Cap'n Eri. We love this house because it is like being home. It is an easy walk to the beach and to downtown Harwich Port. We love the quiet neighborhood , private yard and evening fires around the firepit.

We love this house because it is like being home. It is an easy walk to the beach and to the village of Harwich Port. We relish the quiet of the neighborhood, private yard and evening fires around the fire pit. We are a family of gardeners and hope you enjoy our gardens too!
3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. There is one bedroom downstairs with 2 twin beds. On the first floor you will also find a full bathroom with a shower. On the second floor are the other 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. Bedroom 3 offers 1 Queen Bed. There is also a full bathroom off the hall with a tub and shower. A/C in Living area and upstairs bedrooms.
Washer and dryer are located in the basement.
There is an outdoor shower, the patio has table and chairs - lovely for outside dining, including an umbrella for especially sunny days . Be sure to enjoy the patio lights to extend the fun into the night hours.
The location is perfect for an evening stroll around the quiet neighborhood or treat yourself to an ice cream at Dairy Queen which is also a short walk away.

Fireplaces are only available for use in the winter months with advance approval from owner.

A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen rental partner. The property had all the space we needed for our stay and was in an awesome location. The ants were a nuisance but only when we didn’t stay on top of the food cleaning and storage. On vacation, that’s not really our focus, so we just did our best. The microwave could have been bigger - but otherwise everything worked as expected.
