Зручне місце розташування,як для людей,які люблять ходити -до центру 20 хвилин ходьби,аналогічно до озера.В квартирі наявне все для проживання,тихий двір,є паркомісця.
Варто власникам проговорити з жителями верхніх поверхів.Вода з їхнього кондиціонера капала постійно (коли був у них увімкнутий) і ці каплі потрапляли на кондиціонер орендованої нами квартири і створювали монотонний звук.Не претензія до власників орендованої квартири,а рекомендація,адже ці звуки капель в тиші,особливо в ночі-не приємні.

Комфортна атмосфера, у номері є абсолютно все, що треба! Чистенько, зручні ліжечка, дві окремі кімнати дозволили почувати себе комфортно кожному члену сім'ї) Приємні господарі!
