The location was good, and the room jtself was too. Aircon was appreciated, and the bed was comfy.
Unfortunately, my toilet did not have a ‘toilet seat’, it was just the porcelain.
The lady on reception when I checked in was perfectly pleasant, but the older man who was there later in the evening, when I went back to ask if the toilet seat issue could be resolved, basically shrugged and told me to go away… Not ideal.
I contacted Booking.com support and they didn’t even respond to me.

The room was comfortable, the front desk was friendly and helpful, the air conditioning worked well (it was hot the days I was there, so this was important), and it was in a good location… what more could you want?
Top tip: when you pay, they’ll charge your card in leks or you can pay in cash with Euros. Go with cash to avoid any foreign currency transaction fees or exchange rate issues.
