Brand-New Luxury Home- Sleeps 14, Walk to Beach

The property was spacious, beach views(short walk to beach), had amenities my family needed, quick drive to shopping/restaurants, the beds slept well, tubs were clean, kitchen stocked(kitchen used daily for cooking meals) and owner was available to answer all questions.

Although the property appeared clean on first entrance of home, the floors were not clean(issue due to my 6yr&2yr old loving to play on floor) spider webs found behind love seats in front room area, patios were not cleaned to enjoy sitting outside(upstairs or downstairs) so my mom and I took time to clean areas, the odor from what we assumed were the carpets in the master bedroom and front room made me nauseated, but after spraying disinfectant the odor was enough for me to bare. The sofas in the front room area need replacing. We didn’t want anyone entering the house once we settled in, so we didn’t complain until we left, but that was a big mistake being that the property owner tried to show pictures of what appeared to be a clean home from the cleaning services and informed us that they would’ve resolved the issue. A simple sorry that happened and we will work to correct issues would’ve sufficed our concerns.
