Haapsi Hideaway Garden Cabin

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay! It was so comfortable that we felt right at home. The owners are incredibly kind and friendly. There are a lot of cute and friendly animals around, as well as beautiful nature. The homemade breakfast was one of the best parts of our stay and we highly recommend adding it!

The road to the facility was a bit rocky.

This is an amazing location and I recommend to anyone who is open to a little off grid living (don’t worry - there’s power and everything else you might need). The only reason I’ve rated facilities less than perfect is that it might not suit everyone - gorgeous cabin with hand basin, water and basic kitchen facilities and a very clean and comfortable bed! The shower is right next door in the sauna, and the composting toilet adjacent to that. The whole property and the hosts are a wonderful advertisement for happy, self sufficient living. With two young children, horses, chickens, a cat and an aloof and quiet dog, along with a very impressive veggie garden, I was transported into an oasis in the forest, that is also right on the sea. The hosts are so welcoming and friendly and speak excellent English 🙏. They opened their home to me and their table. I cannot rate highly enough. If I had my time again I would stay two nights and take advantage of all of the value adding activities on offer - sauna/spa treatments, fishing, horseriding, cattle feeding, stand up paddle boarding and more. This has been one of the highlights of my travels in Estonia.
