Grey Pearl Apartments

Everything is brand new, beautifully designed, and built with high-quality materials. The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated, and feels premium throughout. The beds are very comfortable, and so is the sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, although a slightly larger fridge would be more practical for a two-bedroom apartment. Air conditioning is available in every room, which was a big plus. The hosts were welcoming, communicative, and incredibly helpful. We were especially impressed by their five-star approach to hospitality. We arrived to find cold bottled water, Coke, beer, and snacks waiting for us. It's a small gesture, but it made a huge difference and made us feel genuinely welcome.

None of these points were significant enough to affect our rating, but there are a few things we would have preferred to be different. The nearest beach is not quite a 4-minute walk as advertised—it takes a little longer—but it is still easily reachable on foot. The Wi-Fi was not very reliable, especially in the upstairs bedroom. Since there's a smart TV in the rooms but no cable TV, it's of little use without a stable internet connection. Unfortunately, we had one rainy and cloudy day, and the shower water wasn't hot, most likely because the property uses solar water heating. Overall, we had a great stay and we'll happily return and recommend this apartment to anyone looking for accommodation an a quiet area.
