Velutstyrt kjøkken med et godt utvalg av kjøkkenutstyr og hvitevarer. Klimaanlegget var flott for å holde eiendommen kjølig om sommeren. Svært privat tomt uten utsikt. Utmerket tilgang til innsjøen og nærliggende stier. Padlebrett inkludert, noe som var en flott bonus.
TV-en koblet seg ikke til Chromecast eller støttet moderne strømmeapper.
