Great location for the Miami World Cup fanzone, beautiful pool. Comfy beds. Good sized balcony with a good view. It was great value for money considering the World Cup was on. Our meet and greet representative was lovely, calm and helpful when we arrived and had an issue with check in.
We arrived to find no toiletries, no hangers in the wardrobes. The bedroom with the double bed doesn’t have enough room at the end of the bed to walk past it comfortably and the bed itself is too small for two people. The sofa in the living room feels cheap and plasticky. The general feeling of the place is impersonal, unfriendly and pretentious.
