L'appartamento è molto confortevole e pulito, dotato di tutto quanto è necessario, e anche molto di più per una vacanza rilassante. Le camere sono ampie e i letti comodi, il soggiorno è grande con un divano enorme! La posizione è comoda per passeggiate nei dintorni (c'è un boschetto proprio alle spalle della casa) e per l'accesso (gratuito per tutti gli ospiti dell'appartamento!) alle piscine di Oppenau. Le proprietarie, Jutta e Simone, sono state gentilissime e veramente disponibili per qualsiasi necessità.
Forse l'aria condizionata... purtroppo con il caldo eccessivo che ormai fa ovunque sarebbe utile averla in tutta la casa, anche se sono già presenti dei "pinguini" nelle 2 stanze più esposte al caldo.
