Property was in a nice location, was comfortable and clean.
The address sent to me was wrong and I couldn’t find it after looking for almost an hour even enlisting the help of a UPS driver and his dispatcher to assist. I had to call the VRBO assistance line, which took 20+ minutes to get through only to learn that the information I was sent was incorrect. All this took place in the pitch dark. I was completely frustrated. UNACCEPTABLE
