About this house rental
With four bedrooms and a loft, plus 2,800-square-feet of living space, there's plenty of room in this ski-in townhouse for everyone to spread out and relax! Find a comfy spot near the living room's gas fireplace or on the deck to enjoy a view of the ski lifts with southern exposure. Without a doubt, the best seat in the townhouse is in the new private hot tub off the main bedroom that comfortably seats up to seven guests. But with DVD players in three bedrooms and a bonus fireplace in the main bedroom, everyone will be able to find their own space to relax. There is also a Sleep Number King bed mattress in the master bedroom. Log furniture is everywhere throughout the townhouse, all the better to put everyone in a cabin state of mind. Set up a game on the pool table positioned right by the living room, so everyone can watch. The private washer/dryer can handle all the snowy clothes from the day. The full kitchen is outfitted with two stoves (including ovens), so you'll have all you need to cook up a delicious meal for everyone. The breakfast bar and long dinner table make it easier for everyone to enjoy meals together. The upstairs loft has a full-over-full bunk bed and a trundle twin, the perfect place for the kids to hang out.

Our extended family of 10 included 4 20-somethings, 1 thirty-something, 1 40-something, 2 sixty-somethings, and 2 70-somethings. And everyone had a great time in this perfectly located condo with amenities galore.
The 5 bedrooms on 3 levels gave everyone some privacy (though 1 bedroom is bunk-bed style—the 20-somethings got that one!). We cooked a full T-Day meal in the kitchen with TWO ovens (and lots of pots and pans and sharp knives!). We played pool, watched 10 movies on the gigantic screen, and enjoyed the sauna and hot-tub. And, everyone enjoyed the speedy wi-fi.
The place is walking distance to the ski-lifts and gondolas. Various members of the family easily enjoyed snowshoeing, skiing and snowboarding.
Also, there was parking for 3 cars. And the snow was cleared quickly the morning after 18 inches fell.
My husband and I are full-time travelers and of the dozens of temporary rentals we’ve stayed in over the years, this was one of the cleanest and well-appointed ones. Comfy beds and shared spaces (an open kitchen, dining room and living room contributed to easy family bonding).
We’re headed to Florida next year for family T-Day but would definitely rent this condo again if we wanted a winter experience.
