Welcome to Seaside Villa, a one-of-a-kind seaside residence in Chicxulub offering 38 linear meters of beachfront and 480 meters of depth, stretching directly from the Caribbean Sea to the road.
These dimensions are rare on the market, making the property ideal for your high-end family gathering and premium vacation stay.
Enjoy six (6) en-suite bedrooms for up to 14 guests, plus a pool, a kiosk, an outdoor living room, more than 5 separate living areas, and a play area in the back.
Main House - Two-story (bedrooms upstairs): Four (4) en-suite bedrooms sleep 10, a living area for 12, dining for 10, a kitchen with separate access, and two sea-view terraces. An additional half-bath with an urinal on the first floor, accessible from the pool.
Three (3) of these bedrooms include a sofa, each capable of accommodating one (1) child (not an adult) for added flexibility.
These additional sleeping options are provided at no extra charge, making the property especially family-friendly.
Standard linens and daily housekeeping are included for both beds and sofas.
Independent Apartment (Second Floor): Two (2) en-suite bedrooms, sleeps 4, and a sitting area (no A/C).

Chef service is included in the rental, preparing meals inspired by local traditions and international flavors.
Bartender service is also included, offering curated cocktails and bar experiences.
Please note: the cost of food and bar items is additional and will be discussed separately once your booking is complete, based on your desired menu and drink selections.
Housekeeping staff provide daily cleaning and maintenance.
A concierge is available to coordinate activities, transportation, and special requests.
Your rental includes a dedicated staff consisting of a chef, bartender, housekeeping staff, caretaker, groundskeeper, and concierge, ensuring seamless service and comfort throughout your stay.
Please note that while staff services are included, the cost of food and beverages is billed separately based on your selections.

Occupancy & Extra Guests:
• The daily rate covers 14 guests across 6 bedrooms/suites.
• Each additional adult guest (starting with the 15th) is charged $ $85 per night.
• This amounts to $ $170 per extra bedroom/suite (2 guests), covering additional use of electricity, water, consumables, and laundry.
• Some booking platforms limit reservations to 16 guests. Please inform us in advance if your group exceeds this number.
Noise Policy:
• Music or any loud noise is permitted only until 10:00 PM.
• After this time, no music or loud sounds are allowed under any circumstances, to preserve the peace of the surrounding community.
• Failure to comply may result in neighbors contacting local authorities, and guests will be subject to a fine of $ $200.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
Pet Policy:
• We welcome friendly, well-behaved pets for a $ $150.
• Aggressive pets are not allowed.
• A maximum of 3 pets is allowed, subject to size restrictions.
• Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary preparations.
• Owners are responsible for supervising their pets at all times and cleaning up after them.
• Additional cleaning fees may apply if extra sanitation is required.
