We loved our stay! The condo was spacious, modern and had everything we needed. It is so convenient to the gondola and all of the shops and restaurants in town. Our kids roamed free all week because it was so easy for them to learn their way around town and get back to the condo. We loved the river view and spent time out on the balcony since the weather was so warm. We will definitely stay here again-thank you for a great vacation!

Excellent place. We especially liked the layout of the beds in the second bedroom: great for kids. Also loved the hot tub. The checkin policy is unnecessarily dogmatic. Our travel got us there 30 minutes prior to checkin time. I asked for an early checkin, but was denied. We did arrive 30 minutes early and sat in the parking lot. No one entered or exited. We went in right at four. A five star management company would go to the small trouble of checking with the cleaning staff. If they’re already done (as they were in this case), say “yes, no problem”. This obviously makes for a much more positive customer experience.
