Life is truly sweet at Sweet Caroline's. This charming coastal three‑bedroom home has been freshly painted and features brand‑new carpeting throughout. Located in the Magnolia Bay section of The Currituck Club Resort, the home offers several appealing amenities, a gas grill, an outdoor shower, and pet‑friendly accommodations for up to two dogs.

TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room features vaulted ceilings and a spacious living area centered around a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar seating two, while the adjacent dining area offers a rectangular table with seating for eight. A convenient half bath is located on this level. Step out onto the deck to enjoy additional seating, perfect for relaxing in either the sunshine or the shade. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]
MID LEVEL:
From the top level, a short flight of stairs leads to a king master suite featuring a private bath with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. This room also offers direct access to the back deck, where you'll find a relaxing hot tub.
ENTRY LEVEL:
Two additional bedrooms include a twin-over-double pyramid bunk and a queen bedroom, which shares a full bathroom with a king bedroom. The shared bath features a tub and shower combination. The front porch offers comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing while enjoying views of the lovely neighborhood. An outdoor shower is also available for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The driveway provides parking for 2-3 vehicles.
EXTRAS:
In season, the Magnolia Bay section has a full-size pool and a kiddie pool for the little ones plus tennis courts with pickleball lines. As guests with The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access, beach valet service, a Clubhouse with on-site dining, large community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids' activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding.
