The Space:
Showcasing the colors of the coast both inside and out, this oceanfront condo at Fountainhead Towers is a place to experience North Ocean City's endless fun and beauty. Enjoy a polished living space with a fully equipped kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the ocean, and such comforts as central air conditioning and a washer/dryer. There are even balconies overlooking the ocean and the bay where you can sit down for breakfast, a homemade lunch, or cocktails at sunset.
Situated just across the dunes from the ocean, Fountainhead Towers offers access to community amenities that include a beachfront swimming pool, a tennis court, and a sundeck. You'll be practically across the road from the Gold Coast Mall, a matter of steps from restaurants and groceries, three-quarters of a mile south of Northside Park, and only two miles south of the Fenwick Island Lighthouse and tax-free shopping across the Maryland-Delaware state line.
THINGS TO KNOW
A $60 Non-refundable building registration fee is due per vehicle upon check-in.
Smoking is prohibited (including on the oceanfront balconies and in other common areas).
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Positive: the apartment was spacious with a great location overlooking the beach. The building had a beautiful pool. The rooms are big and bed comfortable. The house easily fit 6 people without having to sleep on the couch. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance.
Cons: the sink was leaking for the first 2 days of our trip and it was fixed only after 10 phone calls and me having to yell at someone. Third day the bathtub stoped draining and the company never send anyone to fix it. The house was pretty dirty too, with visible dust and sand on the floors.
If you are lucky to have no issues during your stay, you will enjoy the great apartment with excellent location.
