If you're in town for a festival at Telluride Town Park, this is a wonderfully convenient location; if you're here to ski, even better! The complex is located just three blocks from Main Street and the gondola, and just five blocks from Town Park. You're truly in the center of it all.
This condo provides great space for you and your loved ones to congregate, including a deck overlooking the San Miguel River and the River Trail, and an open-concept living space with sight lines from the well-equipped kitchen to the gas fireplace in the living room. With comfortable furnishings, a parking space in the lot outside, and even a shared hot tub, this is a fantastic location with wonderful amenities.
The Latitude 38 Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks!

As part of your stay with us, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee.
The hot tubs are closed during the fall and spring off-seasons for regular maintenance.
