Newly constructed in 2026, this modern four-bedroom coastal retreat comfortably sleeps 9. Enjoy a private pool and hot tub, partial ocean views from the second-floor balcony, beach access across A1A, free driveway parking for four cars, fast Wi-Fi, and family-friendly touches including arcade games.
Settle into a bright, spacious home with brand-new furnishings, modern finishes, and two distinct living areas. Large windows bring in abundant natural light, while the second-floor balcony offers partial ocean views.
The home sleeps up to 9 guests across four bedrooms, including a primary suite with a king bed. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a dining table for easy meals together.

• Patio/balcony spaces with outdoor furniture, outdoor dining, BBQ grill, and outdoor shower

You will have private access to the entire home and its outdoor amenities, including the pool, hot tub, patio areas, and balcony. Self check-in is available via keypad.
Free driveway parking is available for up to four vehicles. Two marked closets inside the home are locked for owner use, and the garage is not available to guests.
The host is available remotely by message or phone to answer questions and provide assistance. The host will not be present at the property during your stay, so you can enjoy the home privately.
Pool and hot tub heating: The attached pool and hot tub share one heating system, so the hot tub cannot remain heated throughout the day without additional heating charges. Complimentary hot tub heating is scheduled from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM year-round. Additional hot tub-heating hours may be requested in advance, subject to availability and an additional fee.
During colder months, pool heat is available for $45 per day and must be purchased for every day of the reservation. It may be added when booking or before check-in; please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before check-in so the heater can be started the day before arrival. All pool and hot tub heating fees are nonrefundable. Water temperatures cannot be guaranteed, as heat-pump performance depends on outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.
A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and basic toiletries is provided. Longer stays or larger groups may require additional supplies. Two propane tanks are provided for the grill, and the host strives to keep at least one full. If both run out, they may be exchanged at the gas station less than one mile away; send a receipt for reimbursement.
For larger groups, the neighboring twin home at 201 13th Street may be available to reserve alongside this home, subject to availability, creating a private two-home coastal compound. Please message the host before booking with questions about the property, heating options, pets, or reserving both homes.

This gorgeous house was perfect for our multi generation trip to St Augustine. You are just across the road (A1A)from Vilano Beach (which is beautiful and quiet) literally steps from the sand. Super close to the town center at Vilano Beach which has shops, restaurants, and a Publix. Easy drive into the historic downtown of STA. The hosts have provided all the basics plus tons of extras (high chair, French press, tea caddy, super toiletries). The space is well thought out- each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom and there is a living area on each floor as well as fully stocked gorgeous kitchen. The kids loved having their own pool and hot tub. The host was very thorough and super attentive. This is one of our favorite beach houses- clean, comfortable, everything you could want and more.
