Above Peglio, in the hamlet Bodone 15 km from the centre of Gravedona, 32 km from the centre of Menaggio, 67 km from the centre of Como, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 12 km from the lake. Private: natural state property, garden (not fenced). 5 km long narrow motor access (mountain road). Parking on the premises. Grocery 5 km, supermarket 13 km, bus stop 5 km, railway station "Como San Giovanni" 60 km, pebble beach "Lido di Gravedona" 12 km, outdoor swimming pool 12 km. Marina 12 km, surf school 18 km, sailing school 18 km. Nearby attractions: Palazzo Gallio-Gravedona, Chiesa Santa Maria del Tiglio Gravedona, Agriturismo Zertin, Parco Valle Albano, Lake Como Adventure Park, Gravedona.
