Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area for relaxing, and bedrooms designed for restful sleep with quality bedding and ample storage. On the first floor, you will find a queen-sized bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
Guests will have full, private access to the entire home during their stay.
High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are available, making the space suitable for remote work. This home is ideal for solo travelers, couples, or small groups seeking comfort, reliability, and a stress-free stay.
IMPORTANT:
Instead of placing a security deposit hold on your card, we include a small, non-refundable $50 damage waiver in the reservation total—so your funds remain available throughout your trip. This Waiver covers damages up to $500.

• Maximum occupancy is as shown on the listing. Additional guests are subject to $25/person/night and may result in cancellation if excessive.
• A mandatory, non-refundable damage waiver is included in your reservation total in place of a security deposit. Guests remain responsible for damage exceeding coverage or resulting from negligence or rule violations.
• Pets are not allowed without prior approal and non-refundable pet rent.
