Cozy 2-bedroom apartment in San Juan's Hato Rey neighborhood, perfect for families or small groups. This ground-floor apt accommodates up to 6 guests. Features a full kitchen with essential appliances, living area with a TV, furnished balcony, and AC throughout. Comfortable sleeping includes a queen, bunk & sofa bed. Amenities include WiFi, steamer & hair dryer.
For added peace of mind, the property is equipped with a large 1,400-gallon water cistern and a backup power generator, helping ensure continued access to essential services during unexpected utility interruptions.
Guests also have access to 3 first-come, first-served parking spots at the property, plus free street parking. Located just 1.5 miles from José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum, close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions.
To help keep our guests and the property safe, we have security cameras installed in the exterior areas of the property. Please note that there are no cameras inside the home or in any private areas.
Note: Our rates include accommodation for up to 2 guests. If you’re traveling with more people, no problem! 😊 Just note that there is an additional fee of $20 per extra guest, per night.
