This condo in Sherwin Villas boasts a comfortable living room area that will help everyone relax after a long day exploring the complex or the surrounding areas. Sherwin Villas has two outdoor jacuzzis, a dry sauna and laundry facilities. During the summer months, enjoy the tennis court, outdoor barbecue and swimming pool that are available to guests. No buses allowed at this complex. Sherwin Villas guests also have access to complimentary high speed wireless Internet while staying at the complex.
Sherwin Villas is located in the center of town on the corner of Meridian Blvd. and Old Mammoth Rd. Vons, Starbucks and many more shops and restaurants are right across the street from the complex, as well as the Mammoth Lakes movie theater! The free winter shuttle service to the mountain is located right in front of the complex. Mammoth Mountain is a short five and a half miles drive and there you can enjoy an eventful afternoon skiing, snowboarding, and more! The renowned Yosemite National Park is 40 miles west and it's a must-see!

Our family enjoyed staying here. A no frills place but suites our needs to enjoy family time in Mammoth. The condo is in a great location near shopping. Overall a great trip!

Other reviews called this place a no frills condo in a good location. While that is accurate, I’d add that this place has some deficiencies. First, the key to the place is in a lock box on the front door. It’s dark and tough to see small numbers on it. Also, there was no dish soap or sponge or anything to wash the dishes with. We bought some and left em there so hopefully the next occupants don’t run into the same situation. But my main gripe is the condition of the beds. The bed in the downstairs room was the worst, most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The boxspring and frame were both broken and the bed sagged like there was sink hole in it. Management/owners should be ashamed of allowing people to sleep in a bed in that poor of condition. When I texted management about this, I got a generic “sorry for your inconvenience” reply. With all that said, the place was clean and in a good location. Both showers had good water pressure and the community jacuzzi was nice after a day on the mountain.
