About this house rental
Experience Brooklin like a local in this 4-bedroom house. Relax with your entire family/group at this bright, comfortable, totally private home nestled in beautiful natural surroundings. Convenient location for town, beaches, and harbors. High-end appliances and cookery, with a casual/comfortable luxury atmosphere. Plenty of beds and areas for gathering. Stroll through the woods in morning light.

This property rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday (7-night minimum).
Description of the Spaces:
Exterior:
The exterior has four full acres and is surrounded by more property with no dwellings, so it is completely private with no sight or sounds of other homes.
Interior:
All spaces/rooms are bright and airy, and all are on the ground floor with easy access, except bedrooms #2 and #3 which are on the second floor. Bathroom #1 is shared between the master and two bedrooms upstairs. The studio bedroom (with its own full bath) has a separate entrance, but is connected to the house. Another full/comfortable twin is located in the hallway to the master bedroom with a privacy curtain (best for a child/teen?). Entrance to the house is easy for less mobile folks — access via a level path from the parking area to the house, and only one 5-inch step up into the house or studio. The entire house and property are reserved only for the guests, with no other houses or people within sight or sound.
Location:
The home is in a premier location off Reach Rd. between Brooklin town center and the Benjamin River harbor. You'll be a four-minute drive to the Brooklin General Store, and there's a wonderful quiet town beach that is a 2-minute drive or 15-minute walk from the house.
A/C & Heat:
All bedrooms and the studio have high-end built-in individual A/C/heat units. In the summer, the house is very open and airy, rarely needing A/C, but it's there if needed for the handful of very warm days we get.
Internet:
The full house, studio and patio have high-speed fiber internet.
The Feel:
Jaws drop when guests enter — the views out of the floor-to-ceiling windows are breathtaking. The home has a wonderful balance between modern/luxury and relaxed/rustic feeling. People immediately relax in this space.
Boating Options:
Inquire with owner about the potential for day sails along this world-famous coastline aboard a classic boat and/or mooring availabilities for reasonable additional fees.
