Large, beautiful country house in the heart of Baroque Sicily, close to the beach.

With a surface area of 220 m2 with 2000 m2 of garden, the house can accommodate up to 12 guests, ideal for families or groups of friends. It is divided into 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor and a large loft apartment with its own bathroom on the first floor. It also includes a large kitchen of 50m2, fully equipped, as well as a large living room of the same size, as well as a laundry room.

It is located in the middle of the countryside, on a small red lined with olive groves, but only 8 minutes by car from the beach of Sampieri, very beautiful, wild and uncrowded even in the middle of summer, and 10 minutes from the charming town of Scicli, typical of Baroque Sicily and classified as an UNESCO World Heritage Site, with no less than 13 monumental equals.

Within reasonable distance of Syracuse (1 hour by car), Notto (40 mins), Modica (20 mins), Ragusa (40 mins), our house allows you to combine both relaxing holidays in the middle of nature and beach vouchers, as well as visits to cities of art, renowned for their architectural heritage and cultural richness.

You will particularly appreciate our house for its size, which offers everyone their independence throughout the day; for its very large, well-equipped and convivial kitchen where you can meet with pleasure to prepare meals, shared on the terrace where, in the evening, comfortably installed in the summer lounge, you can admire the stars in complete serenity.

The well-ventilated house, with its multiple openings, remains pleasant, even in the heart of the scorching Sicilian summer. Just like the garden which offers its shade and refreshment spaces.

We ourselves, for a few years now, have been spending wonderful and memorable summers in this house, surrounded by friends who like to come back year after year. Today, we are happy to welcome to this place that is dear to us, travelers passing through, eager for an authentic Sicilian experience.
