About this house rental
PLEASE NOTE: The roof currently has a tarp on it while storm repairs are finished. Everything inside and outside the home works normally, including the pool, hot tub and all rooms. We just want you to know before you book.

WELCOME TO BLU SHELL
Blu Shell is a 4 bedroom Cape Coral vacation rental built for families and friend groups who want a true Florida pool home with a backyard that does the entertaining for you. The whole yard was designed to be photographed: a heated pool with a pergola lounge, a hot tub for late night hangs, a hanging photo swing, a cozy coffee bar and a human sized chess board. Fair warning: your camera roll is going to fill up fast.
THE BACKYARD
- Big heated pool (optional heat) with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas
- Hot tub under the pergola with a daybed and green wall
- Outdoor fireplace, fire pit and a covered lanai dining table with ceiling fan
- Playground with slide and swings, a giant sand pit and a grill station
- Life size chess board that makes adults feel like kids again
THE BEDROOMS
- Master: king bed, private bathroom with double vanity and a walk in glass shower, sliding doors straight out to the pool
- Bedroom 2: king bed, rattan headboard, garden view
- Bedroom 3: two twin beds, perfect for kids
- Bedroom 4: king platform bed with a big bright window
- Living room: queen sofa bed
- Second bathroom has a tub and shower combo
All beds come with fresh linens and every bedroom has a ceiling fan.
THE LIVING SPACES
Open floor plan with a big kitchen island, stainless appliances, coffee maker, dishwasher, ice maker and everything you need to cook. Dining table for the whole group, a living room with a smart TV and a PlayStation loaded with games, a second sitting room with a desk for anyone who has to work a little, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
THE LOCATION
NE Cape Coral, about 1 minute from Target and plenty of restaurants and shopping. About 20 minutes to downtown Fort Myers, about 40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel, and about 30 minutes to RSW airport.
GOOD TO KNOW
- Pool heat is optional at $50 per day, please request it at least 24 hours before check in so the pool has time to warm up
- To save energy the hot tub is off until you arrive, just press the TEMP button to turn it on
- Pets are welcome, max 2, $100 per pet (please tell us before you book)
- Main renter must be 25 or older, no parties or events
- Outside security cameras must stay connected
- Flush toilet paper only, no wipes
- Please watch children around the pool and hot tub at all times
