This is a basic budget accommodation in an older building. Flat sharing rooms operating as an hostel in order to fight against inflation and accommodate guest as a low cost option.
Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base.
This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit (see guide book) . 2 bunkbed with 2 single bed and 1 sofa-bed, 1 double (max 2 people) with clean sheet, there's a wachine machine.
The hostel rules: “Simple and affordable hostel-style stay for independent travelers.”
Policies:
1. Their room and common areas (kitchen, living space and bathroom.
2. This is an hostel no loud noise after 10pm until 8am.
3. Early check-in or late check in (after 8pm) cost 5€ per guest.
4. Late check out cost 5€ per guest.
5. Private storage cost 5€ per guest (accessible on demand or per schedule).
6. A set of keys is available for a deposit of 15€. The deposit will be provided back to the guest when the keys are returned to the property.
7. Close all windows when it's raining or when you leave.
Notes:
The flat is on the 3rd floor (last floor).
Please let the flat as you found it.
Clean your garbage.
No disturbing nose after 10pm until 8am.
This hostel is located in a quite safe traphouse.
All guest who doesn't not follow will be asked to leave if necessary.
No headheck only chill people wanted.
The building needs maintenance.
The hostel is pushing for refurbishment and gentrification but the corrupt police, government, others landlords aren't cooperating. Which limit our improvement of the overall property which is reflected in the price.
Therefore we asked for your understanding and kindness of mind and heart.
We welcome all guest and do not discriminate!
There's no electricity in the corridors common area only natural light.
Please call me 5min before someone will open the door and welcome inside the property.
Guests can now buy items at the property.
