About this apartment rental
Not a fan of booking a holiday home in Spain only to find out that in winter, it gets zero sun all day, and in summer, it turns into a sauna. Sometimes, the photos show an amazing pool, but from the house, you can’t even see it. Air conditioning is often only in the living room, so come bedtime, the bedrooms feel like an oven.
They might claim you won’t need air conditioning because there’s a “nice breeze.” That breeze is lovely in spring and autumn, even refreshing. But in summer, you’ll want AC in every room.
If you want to relax without worrying about any of this, this house is a great choice.
What do you get? One terrace right in front of the pool, perfect for sunset dinners, sunbathing, or just relaxing with a book. In winter, you’ll enjoy the warm afternoon sun—just sit back, close your eyes, and enjoy the moment. In summer, since it’s covered, you won’t get direct sun until late afternoon, so you stay cooler and more comfortable.
And the view? From the terrace you have an open, clear view: the pool, trees beyond, and the golf course in the background. It’s the kind of view that makes you feel lucky. No peeking into someone else’s window. No traffic noise. Just peace.
Want to jump into the pool? The resort has 16 pools, but the one just in front of the house features a built-in hydromassage area, beach-style entry (walk in gradually), is 30 meters long, and gets sun all day long.
