Welcome to Sunset Pointe, a spacious lakefront vacation home located in Linn Creek at the Lake of the Ozarks. Designed for families and group getaways, this multi-level property offers beautiful lake views, comfortable living spaces, and private water access for a relaxing stay.
The main level features two king bedrooms, including a primary suite with a private walk-out balcony overlooking the lake and an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. An additional king bedroom is also located on this level for added comfort.
Upstairs, the loft area includes two queen beds, providing additional sleeping space for larger groups. The home also includes a twin trundle bed in the common area, offering flexible accommodations for guests.
The lower level offers a spacious open-concept living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with a large island, perfect for cooking, dining, and gathering together. A sunroom with large windows provides panoramic lake views, creating a peaceful space to relax and unwind.
Outdoor features include a private patio with seating and a gas grill, along with direct access to a private lakefront dock. Guests can enjoy fishing, relaxing by the water, or simply taking in the natural surroundings.
Please note that this property requires the use of stairs, including stairs to access the dock. It may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Sunset Pointe offers a quiet, scenic lakefront setting while still being within a short drive of local restaurants, marinas, shopping, and attractions around the Lake of the Ozarks.

Registration & Age Requirements
The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
A valid government-issued ID is required.
All guests must be registered prior to arrival.
Completion of the online guest registration and Vacation Rental Agreement is required before check-in details are released.
Occupancy
Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
No unapproved visitors or additional overnight guests.
Pets
Pets are allowed by prior approval only and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Additional daily pet fees apply per pet.
Unauthorized pets will result in additional charges and possible termination of stay.
Smoking Policy
No smoking or vaping inside the home.
Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees.
Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, or amenities during their stay.
Any missing, damaged, or excessively soiled items may be charged to the guest after checkout.
Use of Amenities
The deck, grill, pool, dock, lake, and all property amenities are used at your own risk.
Guests assume full responsibility for their safety and the safety of their group while using these areas.
Children must be supervised at all times near water, pool, and dock areas.
