May-October: $5,000/month, minimum 2 month rental required. When rented for multiple consecutive months, owner pays for one cleaning at the end of each month. October can be added to the tail end of a multi-month rental at the discounted rate of $5,000 (normally $8,000 for October).

December: $15,500/month
February: $16,500/month (can include either any two of the four days 1/29, 1/30, 3/1, 3/2 to make 30 nights)
April: 16,500/month (includes 3/31 to make 30 nights)
Damage Deposit: $5,000
Utility allowance: $250/month. Expenses above $250/month will be drawn from damage deposit and kept by the host.
