Comfort Room is a double room ideal for one or two people on vacation in Torre Lapillo, less than 100 meters from the beach and the most beautiful sea in Salento.
The room is located on the ground floor of a centrally located B&B, is complete with en suite shower room and equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi internet, TV, hair dryer and mini fridge.
Parking available on the street. Breakfast included, at an affiliated bar.

The
comfort room on the ground floor of B&B Gioia del Mare is a simple
and essential solution, where you can spend comfortable stays a stone`s
throw from the sea and with all services at your fingertips.
The
room is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and closet, chairs
and desk, and has a large window that makes it bright. The bathroom is
complete with shower stall, sink, toilet and bidet, and equipped with
hair dryer.
Breakfast is included and can be eaten at Bar Gatto Nero, next to the B&B.

B&B
Gioia del Mare is located in the center of Torre Lapillo and overlooks
the main square of the renowned hamlet of Porto Cesareo, known for its
beautiful beaches and shallow, crystal-clear sea.
The facility is less than 100 meters from the beach. The first equipped lido is only 350 m away.
- Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp.
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Tidying up of accommodation each day.
- Change of bed linen, each 7 days
- Change of bathroom linen, each 4 days
- Breakfast included in a nearby café from 07:30 to 10:00 .
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
