Charming single-storey villa with swimming pool and shaded patio, ideal for holidays with family or friends, just 10 minutes from the beaches and 20 minutes from Montpellier.
Between sea and nature, enjoy a perfect location to discover the region: beaches, walks, water activities, typical villages, local markets and many visits to the surrounding area. Quick and easy access thanks to the A9 motorway located 5 minutes away.
⚠️ We are currently carrying out some redevelopments and improvements in order to welcome you in the best conditions. Some photos (3rd bedroom, kitchen and WC) will be added very soon.
The accommodation
The villa, entirely on one level, offers a warm and friendly setting, perfect for sharing beautiful moments of relaxation. The living room is bright and spacious.
You will enjoy:

You will have access to the entire accommodation. 4 sunbeds and 2 deckchairs to ́Chill by the pool... large dining table to enjoy the famous summer grills...

To preserve the calm of the neighborhood and the family spirit of the place, parties and bachelor parties are not allowed.
Plant lovers, we appreciate that they are pampered a little during the stay 😊
