Because our charming complex hosts only 9 units total, you’ll enjoy a quiet, uncrowded atmosphere while staying right in the center of the action.

Bright & Airy: Enjoy 1,013 sq. ft. of comfortable, open-concept living space perfect for families or small groups.
Gulf Breezes: Sip your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the front balcony while taking in views of the Gulf.
Beach Days Made Easy: Grab your sandals and head out—deeded beach access is just a few steps away.
The Location:
You can truly park and walk! We are just a short stroll away from Gulf Shores' best restaurants, local boutiques, and world-class music festivals. When you aren't lounging on the famous white sands, cool off in the private community pool or relax in the shade of our covered parking area. Your perfect beach getaway starts here!
Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.
*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.
**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.
**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) -Monthly Rates are available upon request. These rates are not advertised. We prefer full month reservations from the First to the First.

Parking is FREE for up to 2 vehicles. Parking is not assigned, but on a first come, first served basis. Parking Passes are provided in the home upon arrival and must be displayed on your dash to avoid being towed.
