4. Quiet Hours
Quiet time is from 10pm to 7am to respect neighbors and local laws.
5. No Smoking or Drug Use
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and illegal substances are not allowed inside the property.
6. Pets
Pets are not allowed.
7. Damage & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage they or their visitors cause during their stay.
The homeowner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.
8. Maintenance & Access
Hosts or maintenance personnel may access the property for repairs or inspections with prior notice, unless it’s an emergency.
9. Compliance
Guests agree to comply with all local laws, HOA rules, and posted instructions in the home.
Violating these rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund and additional charges.
